I didn't quite catch up on that one. Do you mean to say that - for
instance - your flat is worth nothing today; because it is not for sale
right now?

The value estimated for powerbasic.com as described does not reflect the
value of the company, but rather its advertising value based on how much
traffic the web site generate. Less traffic means lesser value. And that was
my point. Powerbasic.com has had a substantial drop in traffic over the last
couple of months.
