BBB says nowhere that Mike is lying and that he has deliberately fabricated
evidence againts Powerbasic. Your statement only express your personal
interpretation of BBB's conclusion.

When Zale claims before BBB that Mike isn't banned from the forum; he is
twisting the truth.
I guess that Mike had to fill in his real name in the complaint to BBB. And
yes, this name was not banned from the forum - as Zale claimed it. But Zale
knew very well that Mike Trader and Mr. NN in the complaint wa the same
person.

Mike Trader didn't filed a complaint that his name had been banned, but
rather that he as a person had been banned from the forum.

I know from my own experience that Zale is very clever playing with words
just to twist the fact in a case.

You don't read what Mike (??????) says in his posts. For ALL of what
he has accused a heap of people over, the BBB that he complained to
rejected his complaint and that says he LIED about it with the trash
he keeps posting here. For all of his accusations, abuse, insults and
smears, the BBB finding is clear in print at the above supplied URL
and it clearly does not agree with the endless accusations that Mike
(??????) keeps making.

There is a simple logic here, what he has said is either true or it
ain't, the BBB did not support his complaint so it ain't.

Its time for Mike (??????) to apologise to Bob Zale, Tom Hanlin, Steve
Rossell, Jose Roca and everyone else he has smeared in this vendetta
against Bob Zale.

Sorry, but I'm not able to find anything at the webpage pointed to by the
above link that confirms what you says here.

What I found was only this:

Issue:
Claims alleging delayed delivery of ordered merchandise.

And that the issue is administratively closed, which means that BBB
determined that the complaint could not be satisfactorily settled using
standard methods of voluntary dispute resolution.

In my opinion there's a huge distance between what BBB says and what you
interpret it as.

I find nothing about who filed the complaint and nothing about what actually
is written in the complaint.

Are you sure you aren't mixing things together here?

Yes, thats why I cited the URL, read Mike (??????)'s endless ranting
about what he is claiming and then read the BBB result and it does not
support what he claims. In fact it supports the opposite. Now the
result IS or it AIN'T and in Mike's case it AIN'T.

Time to tender an apology to Bob Zale and the rest of the people he
has heaped sh*t on under cover of a phony name. You only need to
compare what he says here and the result, the rest is piss and wind.
